By visiting the website, you are accepting the Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the Conditions, you should not use or access it.
PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order at www.beatriceandbee.com, we will send you a confirmation email with all the details about your purchase and we will also notify you when it has been shipped. If you have any questions, you can reply to that email or contact us at email@example.com
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION AND COLOUR
Despite our effort to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible, sometimes the colours will depend on the monitor. We cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by your computer or mobile phone. All our photos, descriptions and illustrations published on our website, blog and social media pages are issued for the only purpose of giving an approximate idea of the products.
Our sizes and measurements are also approximate. To be sure you are ordering the right size, we suggest you to check first our Size Guide.
Beatrice & Bee wants to provide a secure shopping experience offering the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal. When the bank confirms the authenticity of the payment, the amount will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.
Please note that all our voucher discount codes and exclusive offers are valid for a limit period of time.
Only one discount at a time can be applied to a single order. If you have a 10% off discount and a "Free Shipping" coupon, you can only use one.
We reserve the right to modify the price or discontinue a product without notice at any time.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours by Royal Mail. UK orders are usually delivered within 1-2 working days, 3-6 working days for Europe and 5-10 working days Rest of the World.
If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.
All the delivery parcels will need a signature.
For deliveries outside the European Union, you will not be responsible for any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your destination country. We cannot predict any kind of extra charges.
Please note that during Christmas holidays and New Year period orders will take longer than usual.
In the event that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and you may return your item(s) within 14 days since your parcel arrived to your delivery address. You can get a full refund or exchange the product for another one.
However the item(s) returned must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed and with the original packaging, labels and tags still attached.
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or a refund on Hair Accessories and Socks & Tights.
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We will refund you via original payment method and/or send you the selected items to exchange with no extra cost within 14 days from receiving your return.
In case you received an item as a gift and you need to change the size number or exchange it for another item you like more, we will be happy to help you. Simply let us know your order number and you will be able to exchange it for another item of the same price or more providing you will pay the difference and the postage costs.
Please note exchanges are subject to availability. Please be aware that Beatrice & Bee cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items. We recommend you return items via a recorded delivery service.
In case you live outside the Europe Union and you need to return any garments, please make sure to complete your customs return form selecting “British Returned Goods". Please note that we won’t take responsibility for parcels charged by Customs Duty or Import VAT. In that case, we will send them back to you.
LOST, MISSING OR DAMAGED PARCELS
In case your parcel is not arriving, you must inform us as soon as possible. For the UK, you must let us know within 15 working days from the date of dispatch and within 35 days for Europe and Rest of the World. Refunds or replacements will only be issued after this period.
We check carefully all items before shipping and we try to give our customers the best service we can. However, sometimes mistakes can happen. So if you realise the product is damaged or your order has missing items, you must inform us as soon as possible.
